Displays en functies:

Het onderste scherm geeft de waarden van de functies tijd, leeftijd,

snelheid, afstand, calorieën en hartslag weer. Tijdens het trainen kunt

u een functie kiezen dat u op het scherm weergegeven wilt hebben

met behulp van de SELECT knop. Ook kunt u de SCAN knop gebruiken

om iedere functie gedurende 5 seconden op het scherm weer te

geven.

NB.

1. De target heart rate (de hartslag waarop getraind dient te

worden) zal alleen tijdens de ULTIMATE of INTENSE programma

worden weergegeven.

2. Wanneer u vooraf geen tijd heeft ingesteld zal de computer gaan

optellen vanaf 00:00 tot 99:59 minuten, met een toename van 1

seconde. U kunt ook met behulp van de ∆∇ knoppen de waarden

van tevoren instellen om vervolgens te gaan aftellen naar 00:00

3. Wanneer de trainingstijd verstreken is zal de computer een

piepsignaal afgeven gedurende 3 seconden en terugkeren naar

de standaard modus.

4. De hartslag zal worden weergegeven na 4 stabiele signalen

ontvangen te hebben.

Het uitschakelen van de computer

1. De computer zal zichzelf uitschakelen wanneer er langer dan 5

seconden geen gebruik van wordt gemaakt en de huidige

waarden herstellen naar nul.

2. Wanneer u op de START/STOP knop drukt zal de computer naar

de PAUZE modus gaan voor 5 minuten. Wanneer u de computer

niet herstart, zal de computer zichzelf na 5 minuten automatisch

uitschakelen.
