6. Niet inbegrepen in de garantie zijn:
• Onderdelen die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage of verbruik
(met uitzondering van duidelijke materiaal- of fabricagefouten), zoals bv.:
– Banden – Verlichting – Zadel
– Remonderdelen – Standaard – Accu/batterij
– Ketting – Ringwielen – Handgrepen/beslag
– Zekering – Versnellingstandwiel – Stickers/decor
– Kabels – Bowdenkabels – etc
• Schade die te wijten is aan:
– het niet gebruiken van originele vervangonderdelen.
– het foutief monteren van onderdelen door de koper of derden.
– Schade die door steenslag, hagel, strooizout, industriële gassen
gebrekkig onderhoud, ongeschikte onderhoudsmiddelen, etc. zijn
ontstaan.
• verbruiksmateriaal dat geen verband houdt met herstellingswerken aan erkende sto-
ringen.
• alle onderhoudswerken of andere werken die door slijtage, ongeval of bedrijfsomstan-
digheden, zoals etstochten waarbij de informatie van de fabrikant niet in acht wordt
genomen, ontstaat.
• alle gebeurtenissen, zoals rookontwikkeling, schommelingen, kleurveranderingen, slij-
tage, etc. die de basis- en rijeigenschappen niet in gevaar brengen.
• Kosten voor onderhouds-, controle- en reinigingswerken.
7. De aanspraak op de garantie geeft de klant alleen het recht om de herstelling van het gebrek
te vorderen. Aanspraken op teruggave of korting op de aankoopprijs gelden pas na het misluk-
ken van de herstelling. Het vervangen van rechtstreeks of onrechtstreekse schade wordt niet
gewaarborgd.
8. Door een uitgevoerde garantievordering wordt de garantieduur niet vernieuw, noch verlengd.
Het is onmogelijk om de garantie te laten gelden na het verlopen van de garantieduur.
9. Andere dan de huidige afspraken zijn uitsluitend geldig wanneer ze door de fabrikant schrifte-
lijk zijn bevestigd.
