ASSEMBLING THE JUG
1. Assemble the Sealing Ring (4) on the blender Blade Unit (5).
2. Place the Blade Unit with the Sealing Ring into the Jug Base (6).
3. Mount the Glass Jug (3) onto the jug base unit and turn the jug base unit in the clockwise direction until it is fixed.
4. After you’ve added your ingredients in the jug, fix the Lid (2) onto the jug by pressing down firmly, making sure the
lip on the lid aligns with the jug spout.
5. Insert the Inner Cover (1) into the opening of the lid, and turn it in a clockwise direction until it is secure.
USING YOUR BLENDER
Make sure the blender is unplugged and switched in the ‘0’ setting.
1. Place the blender jug on the motor base in right position.
2. Remove the lid or the inner cover from the blender jug and place ingredients into the jug.
3. Place the lid with the inner cover back onto the jug making sure the lip on the lid aligns with the jug spout. Do not
exceed the maximum indicated level – 0.8 liter.
4. Plug into the mains.
5. To start mixing the ingredients, set the toggle switch to the desired speed setting (1 or 2).
y The PULSE function remains on as long as the Pulse button is pressed down, for greater control when
blending, e.g. when chopping nuts or chocolates, or crushing ice.
y Speed setting 1 and 2 provide continuous blending until the toggle switch is turned to the ‘0’ position.
6. You can add further ingredients while blending. For this, remove the inner cover and drop ingredients through the
pouring hole. (Stop the blender first).
7. When finished blending, set the toggle switch to the ‘0’ position.
ATTENTION:
- Do not operate the blender without the cover in place.
- Do not run the motor continuously for more than 2 minutes.
- Allow the motor base to cool for 5 minutes after every 2 minutes of use.
