Die 8-stufige Ladecharakteristik
Mit Hilfe der mikroprozessor-gesteuerten Ladestufen kann Ihre Batterie auf bis zu 100% Ihrer
ursprünglichen Leistung geladen werden. Um Ihre Batterie stets im optimalen Ladezustand zu halten,
kann das Ladegerät auch dauerhaft angeschlossen bleiben. Die jeweilig optimale Ladestufe wird von
Ihrem Pro-User Ladegerät automatisch ausgewählt:
Stufe 1: Check
Die Batteriespannung wird überprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass die Verbindung zur Batterie hergestellt
werden kann und sie sich im stabilen funktionsfähigen Zustand befindet
Stufe 2: Reparatur (RECOVER):
Sofern notwendig, z.B. bei tiefentladenen oder sulfatierten Batterien, wird mit Hilfe kurzer pulsierender
Stromstöße versucht die angeschlossene Batterie zu regenerieren.
Stufe 3: Soft-Start
Schonende Ladung von tiefentladenen oder sulfatierten Batterien bei niedrigem Ladestrom.
Stufe 4-5: Bulk-Ladung
Hier werden sowohl mittlere als auch hohe Stromstärken zum Laden der Batterie verwendet. Die Batterie
wird in diesem Modus auf ca. 80% Ihrer Kapazität geladen.
Stufe 5: Absorption
Das Ladegerät liefert zum Ende des Ladevorgangs hin geringere Ladeströme, um die Batterie effizient,
schonend und vollständig aufzuladen und um übermäßige Gasbildung zu vermeiden.
Stufe 6 & 7: Erhaltungsladung & Wartungsladung
Ist die Batterie vollständig geladen (das Batteriesymbol hört auf zu blinken), wechselt das Ladegerät in
diesen Modus um die Ladung zu erhalten. Es werden lediglich kleine Ladeströme abgegeben (Erhaltungs-
Ladung), um den optimalen Zustand zu erhalten. Die Batteriespannung wird permanent überwacht, ob
eine Wartungsladung notwendig ist: Fällt die Spannung unter 6,4V bzw. 12,8V wird eine
Wartungsladung durchgeführt. Ein Wechsel zwischen Erhaltungs- und Wartungsladung erfolgt
automatisch. Somit kann die Batterie für unbegrenzt lange Zeit am Ladegerät angeschlossen bleiben
ohne Gefahr der Überladung.
