Have HP 6958 printer which has stopped printing. When lifting printer cover, the ribbon stops short of transitioning the top. Have tried turning printer off and replugging in wall outlet to no avail. When trying to print a document from internet, the printer sounds like it is working but a plain piece of paper is printed out.
