I have had a Karcher 550M pressure cleaner for about 15 year : 5075

I have had a Karcher 550M pressure cleaner for about 15 years, and until now it has worked very well.
however at the base there is a 6" approx screw in valve molded in plastic and transparent.
I dont seem to have a mechanism to fit into this
my mobile no is 07458329944, and my name Barry Rogers. I could call on you if needed to collect replacement. This would be my second visit to you in all that time. Are you able to service the device?
