▪ Allow the engine to run for 10 seconds then squeeze the throttle to release the choke in to
the RUN position.
10.2 From warm
▪ Place the machine on flat level ground before starting.
▪ Turn the ignition switch to the ‘I’ ON position.
▪ Ensure the primer bulb has fuel inside.
▪ Pull the recoil starter handle until you feel resistance. Once you feel resistance, pull the
recoil starter handle swiftly 3 to 5 times or until the engine starts.
11 STOPPING PROCEDURE
▪ Allow the engine to idle for 20 seconds under no load.
▪ Turn the ignition switch to the ‘STOP’ position.
▪ The machine should now stop.
12 USING THE MACHINE
WARNING! NEVER run the unit without the blower tubes installed and the air
inlet cover securely closed. Use of an improperly assembled unit may result in
serious personal injury.
▪ Always hold the blower away from your body with the handle in your right hand.
▪ Keep clearance between your body and the machine.
▪ The exhaust side of the machine should be away from your body.
▪ DO NOT place the blower on top of or near loose debris or gravel.
▪ Debris may be sucked into blower intake vent, resulting in possible damages to the unit
and may result in personal injury.
▪ When using the machine at higher throttle settings, the noise will increase.
▪ Always use the lowest throttle setting required to get the job done.
▪ Always wear hearing protection whilst operating the machine.
▪ Never operate the blower when visibility is poor.
▪ Always wear a dust mask to reduce the risk of inhaling dust and debris.
▪ Always be aware of the strength and direction of airflow.
▪ Never direct the blower discharge airflow toward people or animals.
▪ Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before blowing.
▪ This product is intended for blower use only and is not designed for vacuum use.
▪ Opening the air inlet cover may result in contact with the impeller blades and cause
serious personal injuries.
ALWAYS wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when using
this machine.
