9.2 Schleifscheibe auswechseln (Abb. D)

Das Gerät ausschalten und von der Stromversorgung trennen. Das Gerät gut

abkühlen lassen.

▪ Die Abdeckung (5) der Schleifscheibe losschrauben. Dazu die Befestigungsschrauben

lösen.

2 Arretieren Sie die Spindel durch Einsetzen des Sicherungsstifts in das Gehäuse unter

der Schleifscheibe. Drehen Sie die Schleifscheibe mit der Hand, bis der Sicherungsstift

einrastet, und lockern Sie die Sechskantschraube mit dem Steckschlüssel.

3 Nehmen Sie die Mutter, die Beilagscheibe und die Schleifscheibe ab.

4 Montieren Sie die neue Schleifscheibe und schrauben Sie die Abdeckung in umgekehrter

Reihenfolge wieder auf.

5 Lassen Sie die Maschine 30 Sekunden lang laufen.

HINWEIS: Den Flansch so anbringen, dass die gewölbte Seite von der

Schleifscheibe weg zeigt.

▪ Das Gerät sofort abstellen, wenn deutliche Vibrationen auftreten oder wenn

ungewöhnliche Geräusche hörbar werden.
