Het CE-symbool is een bevestiging van

Phonak AG dat Exélia Art producten en

–accessoires voldoen aan de eisen van

richtlijn 93/42/EEC over medische hulp-

middelen en aan de R&TTE-richtlijn

1999/5/EC voor eindapparatuur voor

radio- en telecommunicatie.

De getallen achter het CE-symbool zijn

de nummers van de geraadpleegde offi-

ciële instanties onder bovengenoemde

richtlijnen. Het waarschuwingsteken

houdt in dat er mogelijke gebruiksbeper-

kingen van toepassing zijn voor

een of meer EU-lidstaten.

Dit symbool geeft aan dat Exélia Art pro-

ducten voldoen aan de normen voor een

BF type onderdeel volgens EN 60601-1.

De buitenzijde van het hoorsysteem

is gespecificeerd als BF-type onderdeel.

Dit symbool geeft aan dat het belangrijk

is dat de gebruiker de desbetreffende

waarschuwingen in deze gebruikshandlei-

ding in acht neemt.

Externe apparatuur mag alleen gekop-

peld worden als ze zijn getest in overeen-

stemming met IECXXXXX normen.

Gebruik alleen accessoires die zijn goed-

gekeurd door Phonak AG.
