POWER SUPPLY
Battery
• The working voltage for the product is equal to 4 x AA batteries (not supplied).
• System will turn into micro power consuming state automatically.
Test battery voltage
• Press the "#" key, if the display reads "BA-H", it means the batteries are normal;
if the display reads "BA-L", it means the voltage are low and must be replaced
as soon as possible.
CAUTION:When replacing batteries, do replace all the batteries at once and never use
old and fresh batteries together. Never mix the specified batteries with other types of
batteries in use.
SETTING THE PERSONAL CODE
• Enter the factory default code 1 2 3 4 the LCD display will Indicate "open".
• With door opened, enter four-digit code (the code digits can be three, five, or six
digits, depending on programming control).
• Press"#", screen displays "CLOSED", which means the door is closed.
• The screen will show the code entered. Your new code has been accepted and
you can open the door with your new code displayed.
SETTING THE MASTER CODE
• Press “**” when the door is open, the display reads "PROG".
• After “PROG” disappears, enter preset master code (The original master code of
hotel mode is "011223") and reading “NEW”.
• After “NEW” disappears, input your new code (6 digits) within 5 seconds, the
display will read “AGAIN”.
• After “AGAIN” disappears, input your new code (6 digits) again within 5 seconds,
then the display reads “DONE”, which means the new master code setting is
successful, if not, the display will read "ERROR".
SECURITY FUNCTION
HIDE THE CODE
• Press “*” before entering code. The display will not display your number and will
not display the code you enter when the door is closed.
AUTOMATICAL LOCK
• After four consecutive times of error codes, the system will be locked out
automatically. During that time, the display will display "HOLD15" 15 minutes
later, the system will start again, allowing button entry. (You can set up for 0 to
60 minutes through the programming controlling position.)
OPENING THE SAFE IN EMERGENCY
If the electronics malfunction or battery is low, or codes unknown.
Use the emergency key to open the door
• Unscrew the plate with supplied Allen key
• Insert the emergency key and turn clockwise
ERROR INDICATION
When screen displays the following indications, it means there are errors. Please
operate according to the following instructions.
• ERROR - means the code is incorrect, and you need to enter correct code.
• ERROR1- means the door cannot be opened normally, and the bolt is blocked.
Please push the door slightly to loosen the bolt
• ERROR2 - when the bolt is blocked there is no way to lock the door. Please push
the door slightly to finish locking.
INSTALLATION
• Drill holes for expansion bolts (or clamping screws) through base/wall fixing
holes.
• Turn the expansion bolts counter clockwise to separate.
• Use the expansion bolts (or clamping screws) to secure the safe to the wall/floor.
• Make sure the safe is in the correct position and then tighten all screws.
CAUTION: Use the expansion bolt when there is a concrete wall surface.
Use the clamping screw when there is a wooden wall surface.
Please do not keep emergency keys in your safe!
