USER INSTRUCTIONS
1) An electric drill.
2) 2 masonry drill bits – 1 x 10mm & 1 x 20mm.
3) A size 10 Allen key.
4) Adhesive tape.
5) A pencil
6) A ruler
YOU WILL REQUIRE
CHOOSING A PLACE TO INSTALL YOUR SAFE
1) Look for a place that does not restrict access and the swing of the door.
2) Ensure that the floor is level.
3) For best results a concrete floor is preferable.
DRILLING & BOLTING
1) Manoeuvre the safe into the required position. Now with the pencil mark the floor around
the safe.
(If the safe is against a wall then just the front and sides needs to be marked)
2) Open the safe door.
3) Mark the positions on the floor for drilling. Use the pencil through the base fixing holes in
the base of the safe.
4) Now move the safe to one side, giving you access to the markings on the floor
5) Before using the 10mm drill bit. With the ruler measure 110mm from the tip of the bit and
put a piece of adhesive tape around the bit to ensure you do not drill too deep.
6) Drill the 10mm holes in the floor until you reach your 110mm marker.
7) Replace the 10mm drill bit for the 20mm bit (also marking 110mm down with adhesive
tape) and re-drill the holes to a depth of 110mm.
8) There are three parts to your bolts
a. A socket head bolt
b. An 70mm shield
c. A 30mm spacer
9) Take the complete bolt, spacer and shield, now remove the shield and spacer. Place a small piece of
tape over the top of the shield to stop the ingression of any dust or dirt.
10) Push the shield into the holes in the floor and down into the bottom of the hole you have drilled, now
put the spacer into the hole on top of the shield.
11) Place the safe back into position, using the pencil marks on the floor.
12) Put the bolts into the base fixing holes in the safe and with your fingers screw the bolt into the shield
which is in the floor. Now take a size 10 Allen key and tighten them up until you can not tighten
then any further.
13) Finally fit black base plug over bolt head in the floor of the safe.

Thank you for purchasing a Phoenix Safe. Your safe is ready prepared for base fixing. To Base fix your
safe, follow instructions below. If you do not plan to base fix your safe please insert the black base plug
into the fixing holes.
Vielen Dank, daß Sie sich für einen Phoenix-Safe entschieden haben. Ihr Safe ist zur Befestigung auf
dem Fußboden vorbereitet. Um Ihren Safe zu befestigen, befolgen Sie die nachstehenden Anweisungen.
Wenn Sie Ihren Safe nicht befestigen möchten, verschließen Sie bitte die Befestigungsöffnungen mit den
schwarzen Stopfen.
ANSCHRAUBEN DES SAFES
1) Eine elektrische Bohrmaschine
2) 2 Bohreinsätze für Mauerwerk – 1 x 10 mm & 1 x 20 mm
3) Einen 10er Innensechskantschlüssel
4) Klebeband
5) Einen Bleistift
6) Ein Lineal
SIE BENÖTIGEN
AUSWAHL DES AUFSTELLUNGSORTS FÜR DEN SAFE
1) Wählen Sie einen Platz, an dem Sie ungehinderten Zugriff auf den Safe haben und sich die Tür ganz
öffnen läßt.
2) Stellen Sie sicher, daß der Boden eben ist.
3) Am günstigsten ist ein Betonuntergrund.
BOHREN UND SCHRAUBEN
1) Stellen Sie den Safe in die gewünschte Position. Markieren Sie nun den Umriß des Safes auf dem
Fußboden. (Falls der Safe an der Wand positioniert wird, brauchen Sie nur die Front und die Seiten zu
markieren.) Öffnen Sie die Safetür.
2) Übertragen Sie die Bohrlöcher im Boden des Safes mit Hilfe des Bleistifts auf den Fußboden.
3) Rücken Sie den Safe zur Seite, damit Sie an die Markierungen auf dem Fußboden kommen.
4) Bevor Sie beginnen mit dem 10 mm Bohreinsatz zu bohren, messen Sie mit Hilfe des Lineals 110 mm
von der Bohrerspitze nach hinten ab und kennzeichnen Sie die Stelle mit einem Klebeband, damit Sie
den Bohrer nicht zu tief einführen.
5) Bohren Sie nun Löcher mit einem Durchmesser von 10 mm in den Fußboden bis an die 110 mm
Markierung.
6) Tauschen Sie den 10 mm Bohrer gegen den 20 mm Bohrer (markieren Sie hier ebenfalls die Stelle im
Abstand von 110 mm von der Spitze mit einem Klebeband), und erweitern Sie die zuvor gebohrten
Löcher bis zur markierten Stelle.
7) Die Schrauben bestehen aus drei Teilen:
a. Eine Innensechskantschraube
b. Eine Aufnahme 70 mm
c. Ein Abstandshalter 30 mm
8) Nehmen Sie die Schraube, und entfernen sie die Aufnahme und den Abstandshalter. Kleben Sie ein
Stückchen Klebeband über die Öffnung der Aufnahme, um ein Eindringen von Staub oder Schmutz zu
verhindern.
9) Schieben Sie jeweils eine Aufnahme ganz nach unten in die gebohrten Löcher im Fußboden. Schieben
Sie nun jeweils einen Abstandshalter in die Löcher, bis dieser auf der Aufnahme auftrifft.
10) Rücken Sie den Safe wieder in die gewünschte Position. Orientieren Sie sich dabei an den mit Bleistift
gekennzeichneten Bohrlöchern.
11) Stecken Sie die Schrauben durch die Befestigungsöffnungen im Boden des Safes und schrauben Sie
sie mit der Hand in die im Boden befindlichen Aufnahmen. Ziehen Sie nun die Schrauben mit Hilfe des
10er Innensechskantschlüssels so fest wie möglich an.
12) Decken Sie die Schraubenköpfe im Safeboden mit je einem schwarzen Stopfen ab.

base. Per installare la cassaforte, seguire le istruzioni sotto indicate. Nel caso non si voglia fissare la
cassaforte alla base, inserire i tappi neri nei fori di fissaggio.
COME FISSARE LA CASSAFORTE AL PAVIMENTO
1) Trapano elettrico.
2) 2 punte di trapano – 1 x 10mm & 1 x 20mm.
3) Chiave inglese da 10.
4) Nastro adesivo.
5) Matita
6) Righello
SONO NECESSARI
DOVE INSTALLARE LA CASSAFORTE
1) Scegliere una posizione senza restrizioni di accesso e che permetta l’apertura totale dello sportello.
2) Assicurarsi che il pavimento sia piano.
3) Ideale il pavimento in cemento.
TRAPANARE & FISSARE
1) Sistemare la cassaforte nella posizione richiesta. Con una matita tracciare sul pavimento il perimetro
della cassaforte. (Se la cassaforte è contro un muro basterà tracciare la parte frontale e laterale)
2) Aprire lo sportello della cassaforte.
3) Attraverso i fori alla base della cassaforte, contrassegnare con la matita i punti per la trapanatura.
4) Spostare la cassaforte in modo da avere accesso ai contrassegni sul pavimento.
5) Prima di usare la punta da 10mm, misurare con il righello 110mm dall’apice della punta e qui
avvolgere un pezzo di nastro adesivo in modo da non superare la profondità richiesta.
6) Con la punta da 10mm effettuare i fori nel pavimento fino a raggiungere il nastro adesivo.
7) Sostituire la punta da 10mm con quella da 20mm (anch’essa delimitata da un pezzo di nastro adesivo
all’altezza di 110mm) e ripetere la trapanatura fino ad una profondità di 110mm.
8) I bulloni sono composti da tre parti
a. Bullone
b. Tassello da 70mm
c. Distanziale da 30mm
9) Dal set completo togliere il tassello e il distanziale. Coprire con un pezzetto di nastro adesivo l’apertura
del tassello, per impedire che entri sporcizia o polvere.
10) Spingere il tassello nel foro fino in fondo, mettere quindi anche il distanziale nel foro sopra il tassello.
11) Mettere di nuovo la cassaforte in posizione, seguendo le tracce sul pavimento.
12) Inserire i bulloni nei fori di fissaggio della base e con le dita avvitare i bulloni. A questo punto, con una
chiave inglese da 10 stringere saldamente i bulloni.
13) Infine, coprire la testa dei bulloni con i tappi neri.
