8 Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens het
gebruik van uw luchtbevochtiger. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op te lossen met
behulp van de onderstaande informatie, neem dan contact op met het Consumer Care
Centre in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossing
De luchtbevochtiger
werkt niet.
• Controleer of de luchtbevochtiger op netspanning is
aangesloten.
• Zorg dat het waterreservoir is gevuld met water en dat de
bovenkant goed is bevestigd op het waterreservoir.
De lucht wordt niet
bevochtigd.
• Zorg dat het waterreservoir is gevuld met water en dat de
bovenkant goed is bevestigd op het waterreservoir.
• De ruimte wordt mogelijk te goed geventileerd. Sluit deuren
en ramen.
• De ruimte is te groot. De aanbevolen grootte van de ruimte
is 25 m
2
.
Het waterreservoir
lekt.
• Zorg dat er niet te veel water in de luchtbevochtiger zit.
• Zorg dat de luchtbevochtiger goed is gemonteerd/
aangesloten nadat u deze hebt gereinigd, de bovenkant
hebt verwijderd of het waterreservoir hebt bijgevuld.
• Controleer of het waterreservoir goed is geplaatst. Als het
probleem zich blijft voordoen, neem dan contact op met het
Consumer Care Centre in uw land.
Er zit witte
aanslag op het
bevochtigingslter.
De witte aanslag is kalk en bestaat uit mineralen uit het
water. Kalk op het bevochtigingslter beïnvloedt de
bevochtigingsprestaties, maar is niet schadelijk voor uw
gezondheid. Volg de instructies voor het schoonmaken in de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
Het lter wordt na
verloop van tijd geel.
De gele aanslag is een natuurlijk gevolg van het katoenen
materiaal en heeft geen gevolgen voor bevochtiging. Reinig
het bevochtigingslter regelmatig om de kalk te verwijderen en
vervang het bevochtigingslter elke drie maanden.
Er komt een
onaangename
geur uit de
luchtbevochtiger.
• Zorg ervoor dat het waterreservoir is gevuld met water.
• Maak het bevochtigingslter schoon (zie het hoofdstuk 'Het
bevochtigingslter reinigen').
Er komt geen lucht
uit de luchtuitlaat.
Steek de stekker van de luchtbevochtiger in het stopcontact en
schakel de luchtbevochtiger in.
Ik zie geen nevel uit
de luchtbevochtiger
komen. Werkt de
luchtbevochtiger
wel?
Als nevel erg jn is, is deze onzichtbaar. Deze luchtbevochtiger
is voorzien van een NanoCloud-bevochtigingstechnologie
en produceert gezonde vochtige lucht uit het uitlaatgebied
zonder vorming van waternevel. Daarom kunt u de nevel niet
zien.
