De handblender gebruiken
Opmerking: Gebruik de handblender niet om harde ingrediënten
(bijv. ijsblokjes) te verwerken.
De dubbele klopper gebruiken (alleen HR2636)
Tip: Gebruik voor het kloppen van eiwitten een grote kom voor het
beste resultaat.
Tip: Gebruik voor het kloppen van slagroom een beker om spatten te
voorkomen.
Opmerking:Verwerk niet meer dan 1 portie zonder onderbreking.
Opmerking: Gebruik de dubbele klopper niet om deeg of beslag te bereiden.
De hakmolen gebruiken
Let op: Wees voorzichtig wanneer u de mesunit van de hakmolen
beetpakt. De snijkanten zijn zeer scherp. Wees vooral voorzichtig
wanneer u de mesunit uit de hakmolenkom verwijdert, wanneer u de
hakmolenkom leegt en tijdens het schoonmaken.
Opmerkingen:
- Als de ingrediënten aan de wand van de hakmolenkom kleven,
schakel dan het apparaat uit. Maak vervolgens de ingrediënten los
met een spatel of door vloeistof toe te voegen.
- Laat het apparaat altijd afkoelen nadat u het hebt gebruikt om vlees
jn te hakken.
- Gebruik voor het beste resultaat gekoelde rundvleesblokjes
wanneer u rundvlees verwerkt.

Recept voor ontbijtspread
Ingrediënten
- 120 g honing
- 110 g gedroogde pruimen

Zet de honing enkele uren in de koelkast bij een temperatuur van 3 °C.
2 Plaats de mesunit van de XL-hakmolen in de XL-hakmolenkom.
3 Doe de gedroogde pruimen in de kom van de XL-hakmolen en giet
er honing overheen.
4 Plaats de kom met de pruimen één uur in de koelkast bij een
temperatuur van 3 °C.
5 Zet het deksel van de XL-hakmolen op de kom en bevestig
vervolgens de motorunit aan de kom.
6 Druk op de turboknop en laat de hakmolen 5 seconden werken.
