Important
Check if the dustbag has been inserted
correctly before you use the appliance
for the first time.
Never suck up water or any other liquid.
Never suck up ashes until they are cold.
Sucking up fine dust may cause the
pores of the dustbag to become clogged.
This will obstruct the passage of air
through the bag. If this happens, the
dustbag will have to be replaced, even if
it is not full yet.
To avoid damage: never use the vacuum
cleaner without the motor protection
filter.
Only use the vacuum cleaner with the
special two-layer paper dustbags, type
Philips HR 6995 Geneva.
If the mains cord of this appliance is
damaged, it may only be replaced by
Philips or by an authorised Philips
service centre, as repair requires special
tools and/or parts.
