Sopa de bróculos
~
- 50 gr de queijo Gouda
- 250 gr de bróculos cozidos
- 2 batatas cozidas
- 2 cubos (galinha ou legumes)
- um pouco de natas
- uma pitada de caril
- sal
- pimenta
- noz moscada

Coza os bróculos e guarde 3/4 litro da água de os cozer. Rale o queijo.
Coloque os bróculos, um pouco da água da cozedura e as batatas no
copo misturador e processe tudo na velocidade máxima (regulação C).
Deite o puré de bróculos e os cubos de caldo dentro da água restante e
leve a ferver. Junte o queijo e tempere a sopa com sal, pimenta, noz
moscada e um pouco de natas. Sirva com quadradinhos de pão frito ou
torrado.
Gaspacho

- 250 gr de tomate
- 2 fatias de pão branco
- 1 dente de alho grande
- 0.15 dl de vinagre de vinho tinto
- 1.5 dl de polpa de tomate
- 100 gr de pimento encarnado fresco
- 1 cebola pequena
- 1/2 pepino
- 0.15 dl de azeite
- sal
- pimenta

Deite a polpa de tomate, o azeite e o vinagre no copo. Junte todos os
outros ingredientes. Bata tudo até obter uma sopa macia. Sirva bem
fresco.
Batidos
K
- 2 dl de leite
- 30 gr de banana
- 30 gr de papaia
- 30 gr de maçã
- 30 gr de açúcar
B
Descasque a fruta e corte em pedaços. Deite primeiro o leite no copo,
junte a fruta e o açúcar. Bata aprox. por 30 segundos na regulação K.
