INGREDIENTES para 4 personas
1 lata pequeña de piña en su jugo
Gambas peladas c/n
Palitos de Brochetas
150 ml de Aceto Balsámico
120 g de azúcar
Abrir una lata pequeña de piña en su jugo y escurrir bien.
PREPARACIÓN
Cortar las rodajas de piña en 4 partes y reservar.
Pelar las gambas y sacar la cola.
Precalentar la Airfryer a 180
o
C de temperatura unos minutos e introducir las brochetas en
la cesta. Programar el temporizador unos 10 minutos a 180
o
C.
Para preparar la salsa de Aceto balsámico: colocar en una olla pequeña el aceto y el azúcar,
reducir a fuego lento hasta que espese pero sin dejar que se haga caramelo.
Dejar reposar hasta que se enfríe.

En un pincho de brocheta, colocar de forma alternada gamba-piña y así sucesivamente
hasta llegar a cubrir la brocheta. Calcular unas tres gambas por brocheta y tres
brochetas por persona.
Finalmente servir las brochetas en una fuente con la salsa.
