- Apparatet må aldrig kommes ned i vand eller andre væsker eller skylles under
vandhanen.

Forsigtig

- Tag stikket ud af apparatet, hvis der opstår problemer under brygningen,
og før rengøring.
- Vent, indtil apparatet er kølet af, før du stiller det væk, især hvis du vil skubbe
netledningen ind i apparatet. Kandepladen og termokanden (kun HD7698)
eller varmepladen og glaskanden (kun HD7688) kan være varme.
- Brug aldrig kanden i en mikroovn.
- Flyt ikke apparatet, mens der brygges kaffe.
- Flyt ikke vandtanken med lterholderen fra maskinen, mens der brygges kaffe,
da der er varmt vand i lterholderen.
- Termokande: Kom aldrig kanden i vand eller andre væsker, da der kan trænge
vand ind mellem termokandens vægge.
- Termokande: Skil ikke kanden ad.
- Termokande: Når der er kaffe i kanden, skal den stå oprejst for at undgå lækage.
- Glaskande: Kanden er varm under og efter brygningen. Brug altid håndtaget, når
du skal løfte kanden.
- Dette apparat er beregnet til brug i hjemmet og andre lignende steder som:
- personalekøkkener i butikker, på kontorer og andre arbejdspladser;
- stuehuse på gårde;
- af gæster på hoteller, moteller og andre værelser til udlejning;
- bed and breakfast-lignende miljøer.
- For at undgå beskadigelse af apparatet må du ikke anvende alkaliske
rengøringsprodukter. Anvend en blød klud og noget opvaskemiddel.

korrekt anvendelse i overensstemmelse med instruktionerne i denne brugervejledning

Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the
appliance. If you are unable to solve the problem with the information below, visit
www.philips.com/support for a list of frequently asked questions or contact the
Consumer Care Centre in your country.
Problem Possible solution
The appliance does
not work.
Plug in and switch on the appliance.
Make sure that the voltage indicated on the appliance
corresponds to the local mains voltage.
Fill the water tank with water.
In all other cases, contact the Philips Consumer
Care Centre.
The appliance takes a long
time to brew coffee.
Descale the appliance (see chapter ‘Descaling’).
The appliance produces
a lot of noise and steam
during the brewing
process.

The lter overows when
I remove the jug from
the appliance while it
is brewing coffee.
If you remove the jug for more than 20 seconds
before all the water has passed through the lter, the
lter may overow. Also note that the coffee does
not reach its full taste before the end of the brewing
cycle. Therefore we advise you not to remove the
jug and pour out the coffee before the end of the
brewing cycle.
Coffee grounds end up in
the jug.
Use the right size of paper lter (1x4 or no. 4).
Make sure the paper lter is not torn.
Do not put too much ground coffee in the lter.
Place the jug correctly under the water tank with
lter holder.
Clean the water tank with lter holder by rinsing it
with cold water. Pour out the water after rinsing.
The coffee is too weak Use the right proportion of coffee to water.
Make sure the paper lter does not collapse.
Use the right size of paper lter (1x4 or no. 4).
Make sure there is no water in the jug before you
start to brew coffee.
The coffee is not
hot enough.
Thermos jug: Rinse the jug with hot water
before brewing.
Glass jug: Place the glass jug properly on the hotplate.
