Accompagnement - pour 4 personnes
1. Coupez les patates douces en deux, puis en morceaux ns. Ajoutez
une cuillère à soupe d’huile de noix et assaisonnez avec du sel et du
chili en poudre. Mettez les morceaux de patates dans le bol vapeur 1.
Réglez le minuteur sur 15 minutes et laissez cuire jusqu’à ce que les
patates soient tendres.
2. Préparez une vinaigrette avec du vinaigre, de l’huile d’olive, une cuillère à
soupe d’huile de noix, du sel et du poivre.
3. Mélangez les patates douces, les tomates, la roquette, la luzerne et la
vinaigrette dans un grand saladier et saupoudrez de pignons de pin.

1. Halbieren Sie die ßkartoffeln, und schneiden Sie sie innne Kartof-
felecken. Verrühren Sie einen Esslöffel Nussöl unter die Kartoffeln.
Mit Salz und Chilipulver würzen. Geben Sie die Kartoffelecken in den
Dampfaufsatz 1. Stellen Sie die Zeitschaltuhr auf 15 Minuten, und
dämpfen Sie die Kartoffeln, bis sie gar sind.
2. Mischen Sie ein Dressing aus Essig, Olivenöl, 1 Esslöffel Nussöl, Salz und
Pfeffer.
3. Vermengen Sie die Kartoffelecken, Tomaten, Rauke und Luzerne mit
dem Dressing in einer großen Schüssel. Mit Pinienkernen bestreuen.

Doe de partjes in stoomschaal 1, stel de timer in op 15 minuten en laat ze
stomen tot ze gaar zijn.
2. Maak een dressing van azijn, olijfolie, 1 eetlepel notenolie, zout en peper.
3. Meng de aardappelpartjes, tomaten, rucola, alfalfa en dressing in een grote
kom en bestrooi het geheel met pijnboompitjes.

1. Tagliate le patate novelle a me e formate degli spicchi sottili. Mischiate
con un cucchiaio di olio di arachidi e condite con sale e peperoncino
in polvere. Mettete le patate nel recipiente per la cottura a vapore
numero 1. Impostate il timer su 15 minuti e cuocete no a che non
risultano tenere.
2. Fate una salsa con aceto, olio di oliva, 1 cucchiaio di olio di arachidi,
sale e pepe.
3. Mischiate le patate con pomodoro, rucola, alfalfa e la salsa in un
recipiente ampio, quindi aggiungete i pinoli.
