Appelcake met speculaasbodem
Hoeveelheid: 5 stuks
- 10 speculaasjes
- 40 gr gesmolten roomboter
Bekleed de bodem van de springvorm met het bakpa-
pier.
Verkruimel de koekjes (met bv een deegroller) en meng
ze met de gesmolten boter.
Verdeel de koekkruimels over de bodem van de
springvorm en druk goed aan met de bolle kant van
een lepel.
Klop de eieren en de suiker schuimig.
Voeg de zachte roomboter toe (eventueel even laten
smelten, maar niet heet toevoegen!) en klop weer
schuimig.
Meng bloem en bakpoeder en zeef boven het
eimengsel. Schep om met een spatel tot er geen
klontjes meer zijn.
Verdeel het beslag over de koekbodem.
Schil de appel, snijd het klokhuis er uit en het
vruchtvlees in partjes.
Druk de partjes appel in het beslag.
Verwarm de airfryer voor op 140 graden Celsius.
Plaats de cake in het mandje en bak in ca. 45 minuten
goudbruin en gaar.
