8 Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens het
gebruik van uw apparaat. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op te lossen met behulp
van de onderstaande informatie, neem dan contact op met het Consumer Care Centre
in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossing
Het apparaat werkt niet,
maar de stekker zit wel in
het stopcontact.
• Het lampje voor lter vervangen brandt continu maar u
hebt het betreende lter niet vervangen en nu is het
apparaat vergrendeld. Vervang in dit geval het lter en
reset de levensduurteller van het lter.
• Het lampje voor water bijvullen
knippert. Controleer
of het waterreservoir goed is geïnstalleerd.
Het apparaat werkt
niet terwijl het wel is
ingeschakeld.
Wanneer de lters vol zijn maar nog niet vervangen,
stopt het apparaat met werken en wordt het vergrendeld.
Vervang de lters en zet de levensduurteller van het lter
terug.
Het waterreservoir lekt. Het is normaal dat het deksel van het waterreservoir
enigszins nat is als u deze van het apparaat afhaalt. Als
er echter water blijft druppelen van de onderkant van het
waterreservoir, neemt u contact op met het Consumer
Care Centre in uw land.
Er zit witte aanslag op
het bevochtigingslter.
De witte aanslag is kalkaanslag en bestaat uit mineralen
uit het water. Kalkaanslag op het bevochtigingslter
beïnvloedt de bevochtigingsprestaties. Daarom dient u
het bevochtigingslter te ontkalken als het lterlampje
/
knippert (zie het hoofdstuk 'Het voorlter reinigen en
het bevochtigingslter ontkalken').
Er komt geen lucht uit de
luchtuitlaat.
Steek de stekker van het apparaat in het stopcontact en
schakel het apparaat in.
De luchtstroom afkomstig
uit de luchtuitlaat is
aanzienlijk zwakker dan
voorheen.
• Het voorlter is vuil. Maak het voorlter schoon
(zie het hoofdstuk 'Het voorlter reinigen en het
bevochtigingslter ontkalken').
• Zorg ervoor dat u al het verpakkingsmateriaal van alle
lters hebt verwijderd.
