9 Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens het
gebruik van uw luchtreiniger. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op te lossen met
behulp van de onderstaande informatie, neem dan contact op met het Consumer Care
Centre in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossing
Het lampje
brandt
continu.
Het lter is vol. Vervang het lter en reset de
levensduurteller van het lter.
Er komt geen lucht uit
de luchtuitlaat.
De luchtreiniger is niet op de stroomvoorziening
aangesloten. Steek de stekker van de luchtreiniger in het
stopcontact en schakel het apparaat in.
De ventilatorsnelheid
verandert niet wanneer
de slaapmodus wordt
geactiveerd.
In de slaapmodus is de ventilatorsnelheid heel laag
ingesteld. Als u de snelheid van de ventilator wilt wijzigen,
drukt u een of meerdere keren op de knop
om de
gewenste ventilatorsnelheid in te stellen.
De luchtstroom
afkomstig uit de
luchtuitlaat is
aanzienlijk zwakker
dan voorheen.
• Het voorlter is vuil. Maak het voorlter schoon (zie het
hoofdstuk 'Het voorlter reinigen').
• U hebt niet al het verpakkingsmateriaal van de lters
verwijderd. Zorg dat al het verpakkingsmateriaal wordt
verwijderd.
De luchtkwaliteit wordt
niet beter, ook niet
als de luchtreiniger al
gedurende lange tijd is
ingeschakeld.
• Een van de lters is niet in de luchtreiniger geplaatst.
Controleer of alle lters op de juiste manier in de
volgende volgorde zijn geplaatst: 1) NanoProtect-lter,
2) NanoProtect actieve koolstolter en 3) voorlter.
• De luchtkwaliteitsensor is vochtig. De vochtigheidsgraad
in de ruimte is hoog en veroorzaakt condens. Zorg dat
de luchtkwaliteitssensor schoon en droog is (zie ‘De
luchtkwaliteitssensor reinigen’).
De kleur van de
luchtkwaliteitsindicator
blijft ongewijzigd.
• De luchtkwaliteitssensor is verontreinigd. Reinig de
luchtkwaliteitssensor (zie ‘De luchtkwaliteitssensor
reinigen’).
• De ruimte wordt onvoldoende geventileerd. Open een
raam om de luchtcirculatie te verbeteren.
Ik heb schonere lucht
nodig omdat ik een
allergie heb.
U kunt de gevoeligheid van de luchtkwaliteitssensor
wijzigen (zie ‘De gevoeligheid van de
luchtkwaliteitssensor instellen’) om de luchtreiniger de
lucht nog beter te laten zuiveren.
