7 Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen tijdens het
gebruik van uw apparaat. Als u er niet in slaagt het probleem op te lossen met behulp
van de onderstaande informatie, neem dan contact op met het Consumer Care Centre
in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijke oplossing
Het apparaat
werkt niet, maar de
stekker zit wel in
het stopcontact.
• De code voor het vervangen van het filter wordt
weergegeven op het scherm, maar u hebt het
overeenkomstige filter niet vervangen. Het apparaat
wordt vergrendeld als u het verlopen filter blijft gebruiken.
Vervang in dit geval het filter en reset de levensduurteller
van het filter.
Het apparaat werkt
niet terwijl het wel
is ingeschakeld.
• Het apparaat werkt, maar de knoppen reageren niet.
Controleer of het kinderslot is geactiveerd.
• De filtervervangingscode brandt al een tijd, maar u hebt
het bijbehorende filter niet vervangen. Nu is het apparaat
vergrendeld. Vervang in dit geval het filter en reset de
levensduurteller van het filter.
De luchtstroom
afkomstig uit de
luchtuitlaat is
aanzienlijk zwakker
dan voorheen.
• Het voorfilter is vuil. Maak het voorfilter schoon (zie het
hoofdstuk 'Schoonmaken').
De luchtkwaliteit
wordt niet beter,
ook niet als
het apparaat al
gedurende een
langere tijd is
ingeschakeld.
• Een van de filters is niet in het apparaat geplaatst. Zorg dat
alle filters correct zijn geplaatst in de volgende volgorde, te
beginnen met het binnenste filter: 1) NanoProtect S3-filter
HEPA; 2) NanoProtect AC-filter; 3) voorfilter.
• De luchtkwaliteitsensor is vochtig. De vochtigheidsgraad
in de ruimte is hoog en veroorzaakt condens. Zorg dat de
luchtkwaliteitsensor schoon en droog is (zie het hoofdstuk
'Schoonmaken').
De kleur van de
luchtkwaliteitsindi-
cator blijft ongewi-
jzigd.
• De luchtkwaliteitssensor is verontreinigd. Maak
de luchtkwaliteitsensor schoon (zie het hoofdstuk
'Schoonmaken').
