Turn up/down: Press Volume+/- button to turn up/down the volume.
Switching EQ: Press MODE/REC button to switch EQ.
A-B Repeat: Please hold BACK/A-B button twice to decide A (start) spot and B
(end) spot while in playing status, Vanquish R USB would play the track be-
tween A and B repeatedly. Hold BACK/A-B button again to exit A-B repeat.
Lyric shows: Vanquish R USB would automatically search the lyric file (LRC
format, you can make by yourself, download from internet, etc.).
1. Copy the track and the lyric file (LRC format) into the same folder.
2. Make sure the name of the lyric file is the same as the name of the track,
otherwise the lyric can’t be displayed.
3. Lyric would be shown synchronously on the screen during playing.
4.2 FM
Press / button to select FM in main menu, press button to enter.
Press MODE/REC button to switch among “FM”, “SEARCH”, “SAVE”, “REC” and
“QUIT” under FM menu.
The details are as the following:
1. FM: Press  button to pause/resume the receiving program, you can
also switch channel by pressing / button if there is more than one
channel saved, and press Volume+/- button to turn up/down the volume.
2. SEARCH: Vanquish R USB can save maximum 30 channels.
Automatic Searching: Press  button to start searching automatically,
and the screen would display Searching...”. Vanquish R USB would save
the searched channels automatically,
Manual Searching: Press / button to search channel
ahead/backwards by 0.1MHz manually in receiving status. Hold /
button by 1.0 MHz.
3. SAVE: Press  button to save channel after automatic/manual search-
ing, the screen would display “Station Saved”.
4. REC: Press  button to start FM recording, press  button to
pause/resume during recording, hold MODE/REC button to exit and Van-
quish R USB would save the recorded file as F***.WAV” in “FM” folder
automatically. The recorded files are played in “MUSIC” menu.
5. QUIT: Press  button to return to main menu.
NOTE: Vanquish R USB would search and save channel(s) automatically when
enter FM menu for the first time. The earphone can be used as antenna,
connect it with Vanquish R USB would make better effect while searching
channels.
4.3 RECORDER
Press / button to select RECORDER in main menu, press  button to
enter.
In the RECORDER menu, Vanquish R USB would play the MIC recorded files
and MIC recording. The details are as the following.
- MIC Recording: Hold MODE/REC button to start MIC recording. You can press
 button to pause/resume during recording, hold MODE/REC button to exit
and Vanquish R USB would save the recorded file as “V***.WAV” in “VOICE”
folder automatically.
- You can press  button to playback the recorded files in RECORDER menu,
please refer to “MUSIC” for details.
4.4 DEL
Press / button to select DEL in main menu, press  button to enter.
Press / button to select item which you want to delete.
Press  button to enter sub menu, press / button to select “YES” or
“NO”.
Select “YES”, and press  button to confirm, the screen would display
“SUCCESS”.
Select “NO”, press button to return to DEL menu.
Press BACK/A-B button to return to main menu.
4.5 SET
Press / button to select SET in main menu, press  button to enter.
Press / button to select item, press  button to enter.
Press / button to set. Press BACK/A-B button to return to previous menu.
You can set the following items in “SET” menu:

EQ Setting
There are 6 equalizer modes: NORMAL, ROCK, JAZZ, CLAS-
SIC, POP, BASS.
PlayMode
There are 6 play modes: NORMAL, REPEAT ONE, REPEAT
ALL, SHUFFLE, SHUF & REPE, INTRO.
NOTE: Under “INTRO” mode, Vanquish R USB would play the
first eight seconds of each track.
Screen
Savings
Vanquish R USB would start screen savings if there is no
operation during the time which is set as 10, 20, 30, 40, 50
seconds and ∞. You can press any button to exit screen
savings. “∞” presents the screen savings wouldn’t started.
Power Set
Vanquish R USB would power off automatically if there is no
operation in stop status during the time which is set as
DISABLE, 5MINS and 10MINS. “DISABLE presents Vanquish
R USB can not powered off automatically.
Default Set To set as default value.
Language
The display language of menu & lyric: ENGLISH, & ,
& , select EXIT ( ) to return to SET menu.
FM Band To set the FM band as Europe or Japan.
Exit Select “Exit”, and press  button to return to main menu.
4.6 ABOUT
Press / button to select ABOUT in main menu, press  button to enter.
Press / button to browse the system information, which includes company,
model, version (software version/hardware version), and capacity (free/total
capacity). Press  button to exit ABOUT menu.
5. Others
5.1 Remarks
1. “F***.WAV, V***.WAVare titles for FM and MIC recorded files in Van-
quish R USB. “*” presents as 0~9.
2. The folders named “FM”, and “VOICE” are auto-generated default folders
for saving FM and MIC recorded files.
5.2 Catalogues support
Player supports 25 catalogues for one layer and 140 files in each catalogue. To
create more catalogues, just create main-catalogues and 25 sub-catalogues in
each main catalogue.
