Reinigung und Schutz
Was Sie nicht verwenden dürfen
Kratzende oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel,
wie: Grill- und Ofensprays, Flecken- und
Rostentfernungsmittel, Scheuersand oder
ähnliches.
Entstehen von Kratzern
Wenn z. B. Sandkörnchen (Denken Sie an
Gemüse putzen) mit dem Topf über die
Kochmulde gezogen werden.
Scharfe Ränder an Töpfen
Beim Verschieben von Töpfen können Kratzer
entstehen, passen Sie vor allen Dingen mit
gußeisernen Töpfen auf.
Alles, was schmelzen kann
Kunststoff, Aluminiumfolie, aber vor allem
zuckerhaltige Gerichte müssen Sie auf
Abstand von der heißen Kochmulde halten.
Ist doch einmal etwas geschmolzen, sofort mit
einem Schaber entfernen, um
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
Beschädigungen durch zuckerhaltige
Gerichte
Diese können Sie größtenteils verhindern,
indem Sie die Fläche regelmäßig mit einem
speziellen Glaskeramikreiniger behandeln.
Dieses Putzmittel bildet einen Siliconfilm
(Schutzschicht) auf der Fläche. Dieser
Siliconfilm hält jedoch bei den hohen
Temperaturen, die in den Kochzonen
auftreten, nicht lange an, und muß darum
ständig wieder neu angebracht werden.
