Tipy na rozmrazovanie
DOBA ODSTÁTIA
Jednotlivé porcie jedla sa môÏu pripravovaÈ

zostávajú zamrznuté dlh‰ie. Pred varením ich

a potraviny sa rozmrazia prostredníctvom
v˘meny tepla. Nezabudnite: Ak sa jedlo ne-
bude pripravovaÈ okamÏite, uschovajte ho do
chladniãky.
Nikdy rozmrazené jedlo opätovne nezmra-
zujte bez predchádzajúcej tepelnej úpravy.
STEHNÁ HYDINY
Odporúãa sa, aby ste stehná umiestnili na
prevráten˘ tanier alebo plastov˘ stojan, aby
neboli ponorené v ‰Èave. Krehké alebo
vyãnievajúce ãasti tak˘chto potravín je nevy-
hnutné chrániÈ mal˘mi kúskami fólie, aby sa
zabránilo ich neÏelanej tepelnej úprave.
PouÏívanie mal˘ch kúskov fólie v rúre nie je

Bochníky chleba si vyÏadujú odstátie, aby
mohli rozmrznúÈ aÏ do stredu. Odstátie moÏno
skrátiÈ, ak sa kúsky oddelia a rohlíky alebo
bochníky prekroja na polovicu.
