250 g di zucchero per marmellate
200 g di zucchero semolato
2,5 ml di succo di limone
5 ml di burro

4 limoni non trattati, scorza e succo
400 g di zucchero semolato
4 uova medie sbattute
100 g di burro

Pyrex® Accessori: nessuno
1. Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola capiente in Pyrex®.
Collocare sulla base del forno e cuocere in modalità
MICROONDE a 1000 W per 5 minuti. (10-15 minuti se si usa
frutta congelata). Mescolare di tanto in tanto.
Continuare a cuocere nché lo zucchero non si è sciolto.
Rimuovere eventuali cristalli di zucchero dal bordo della
ciotola.
2. Portare il composto a ebollizione in modalità MICROONDE a
1000 W. Continuare a cuocere nché non si raggiunge il punto
di solidicazione (circa 15-20 minuti).
3. Lasciar raffreddare leggermente, mescolare, mettere in un
vasetto, sigillare ed etichettare.
1. Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola capiente in Pyrex® e
mescolare bene. Collocare sulla base del forno e cuocere in
modalità MICROONDE a 1000 W per 5-6 minuti, inizialmente
mescolando ogni minuto e poi ogni 30 secondi quando la
miscela inizia ad addensarsi. Quando la miscela si attacca al
retro del cucchiaio, interrompere la cottura al ne di evitare
che le uova si cuociano troppo. La miscela continuerà ad
addensarsi mentre si raffredda.
2. Riempire i vasetti mentre la crema è ancora calda, chiuderli e
capovolgerli. Tenere la crema di limone in frigo.
