Cuisson par convection
Accessoire utilisé :
Cette touche offre un choix de températures du four de 30 à 230 °C par tranches de
10 °C. Pour la sélection rapide des températures de cuisson les plus fréquemment
utilisées, les températures commencent à 150 °C et vont jusqu’à 230 °C puis à
30 °C. Le four ne peut pas être préchauffé à 30-60 °C.
Appuyez sur Marche/Conrmation
pour préchauffer. Un “P” apparaît
dans la fenêtre d’afchage. Quand le
four est préchauffé, un bip retentit et
le “P” clignote. Ouvrir ensuite la porte
et placer les aliments à l’intérieur.
* Passer cette étape quand le
préchauffage n’est pas nécessaire.
Pour une cuisson convection au niveau 2, il faut positionner la lèchefrite émaillée
au niveau bas et l’étagère métallique au niveau haut.
Selectionnez la
température de
convection désirée.
Pour la cuisson par convection à 1 niveau, utilisez la plaque émaillée ou l’étagère
métallique en position moyenne ou basse.
Veuillez consulter les tableaux de cuisson et les recettes dans le livre de recettes.
Remarque
Le four ne peut pas préchauffer à 30 °C - 60 °C.
Sélectionnez le temps de
cuisson en appuyant sur
(jusqu’à 9 heures).
Appuyez
sur Marche/
Conrmation.
En n de
préchauffage,
enfournez le
plat.
