Milchreis
Zubereitung: ca. 2 Stunden - 4 Personen - MIKROWELLE
Gefäß: 1 2-Liter-Schüssel
100 g Milchreis
1 l Vollmilch
80 g Puderzucker (oder 90 g brauner Zucker)
1 Vanilleschote und ein kleines Stück einer Zimtstange
Den Reis 2-mal mit klarem Wasser waschen. Reis, Milch und Zucker in eine große
Schüssel geben. Den Zimt und die geöffnete Vanilleschote hinzugeben. Zuerst unbedeckt
10 Min auf MAX zum Kochen bringen, dabei sorgfältig aufpassen, dass die Milch nicht
überkocht, anschließend 2-mal 90 Min. bedeckt bei 100 Watt kochen. Denken Sie daran,
die Aufeinanderfolge der beiden Kochprogramme zu programmieren. Während des
Kochens einmal umrühren. Zugedeckt abkühlen lassen. Die lange Kochzeit dieses
normannischen Rezeptes gewährleistet einen unvergleichlich cremigen Wohlgeschmack
ohne die Gefahr, dass der Reis anbrennt oder am Topfboden klebt. Wenn Sie keine
Vollmilch haben, ersetzen Sie 20 cl entrahmte Milch mit 20 cl flüssige Sahne.
