Het document wordt ingevoerd en in het
geheugen gescand. Het document wordt
naar elk nummer verzonden, waarbij ieder
nummer na elkaar wordt gebeld.

Na het verzenden wordt het opgeslagen
document automatisch gewist. Het apparaat
drukt automatisch een
groepsverzendingsrapport af (pag. 37).

Groepsverzending!
Deze functie is handig wanneer u hetzelfde document aan meerdere ontvangers wilt sturen
wiens faxnummers zijn opgeslagen in het EASY DIAL telefoonboek. Als u een document slechts
één keer wilt verzenden, selecteert u voor iedere verzending de ontvangers.
Voordat u begint met het invoeren, moet u controleren of alle gewenste ontvangers zijn
opgenomen in het EASY DIAL telefoonboek (pag. 20).
Opmerking:
●
U kunt minder pagina’s inscannen en
verzenden wanneer u de resolutie “FINE”,
“SUPER FINE” of “HALF TONE” selecteert.
●
Wanneer het nummer van een ontvanger
bezet is of niet antwoord, wordt dat nummer
overgeslagen. Alle overgeslagen stations
worden maximum 5 keer opnieuw gebeld
nadat alle andere ontvangers zijn gebeld.
Een groepsverzending annuleren
1. Druk op wanneer u op het display het
volgende bericht ziet.
