Ga naar www.groupon.nl/mygroupons
Zoek de bestelling die je wil retourneren,
en dan op de blauwe knop Details Bekijken
om te retourneren. Volg de instructies op
het scherm om het label te printen. Voor
sommige grotere producten kan het
voorkomen dat je contact met Groupon op
dient te nemen, zodat wij ervoor kunnen
zorgen dat het product wordt opgehaald
bij jou thuis.

Verpak alle producten die ontvangen zijn,
inclusief handleiding, zorgvuldig en met
alle onderdelen.

Bevestig het prepaid PostNL retourlabel
aan de buitenkant van uw pakket. Geef het
pakket vervolgens af bij een PostNL locatie
bij u in de buurt een vraag om een
verzendbewijs. Let op: schrijf het
retouradres zelf niet op en zorg dat het
label wordt gebruikt, het bevat alle nodige
informatie om je product terug te sturen
RETOURBELEID
Je hebt 14 dagen (deze gaan in op de dag dat je de bestelling ontvangen hebt) om de overeenkomst te ontbinden en het product terug te zenden.
Indien je meerdere producten in een enkele bestelling hebt besteld, of het product zelf bestaat uit meerdere onderdelen, gaat deze termijn van
start op de dag dat het laatste onderdeel van de bestelling is ontvangen.
