This device incorporates the KNX-RF telegrams repeater function.
INSTALLATION
Find the most suitable place depending on the planned installation layout:
Place the repeater between the transmitter and the receiver or the next repeater.
Avoid wet places and heat sources.
Avoid installation close to radio-electrical devices, microwaves, …
Leave a minimum space of 2m between the transmitter and the receiver.
WIRING
The repeater has two wires, blue and black in order to supply the device with 230V.
It also has a white wire, which is the antenna and must not be connected.
It should be extended to reach the maximum coverage.
OPERATION
Every time the repeater receives a frame, the red led will be on for 1 second. Once installed,
the repeater will repeat all KNX-RF received signals.
The signal can be re-transmitted by up to 3 repeaters in series. Thereby it is possible to
reach a maximum coverage of up to 400 m in the free field.

Das Gerät arbeitet als KNX-RF Signalverstärker für KNX-RF Telegramme.
INSTALLATION
Den Repeater an geeigneter Position, entsprechend des geplanten Installationslayouts
platzieren:
· Installation des Repeaters zwischen Sender und Empfänger oder dem nächsten Repeater
durchführen.
· Installation in der Nähe von Feuchtigkeit oder Hitzequellen vermeiden.
· Mindestabstand von 2 Metern zwischen Sender und Empfänger bzw. Repeater einhalten
ANSCHLUSS
Der Repeater hat zwei Anschlussleitungen, 1x Blau (N) und 1x Schwarz (L), um das Gerät
mit der Spannungsversorgung (230V) zu verbinden.
Zusätzlich befindet sich eine weiße Litze, welche als Funk-Antenne dient, am Gerät. Diese
darf unter keinen Umständen an irgendwelche Potentiale angeschlossen werden.
Um die Reichweite zu maximieren, sollte die Antenne ausgestreckt platziert werden.
BETRIEB
Bei Empfang eines Telegrams blinkt die rote LED des Repeaters für 1 Sekunde.
Bei erfolgreicher Installation leitet der Repeater alle empfangenen Signale weiter.
Das Signal bzw. die Reichweite kann mit bis zu 3 Repeatern je Installation erhöht werden,
insgesamt sind theoretisch bis zu 400 m bei freier Sicht möglich.
