SCHLAFKONTROLLMODUS
Wenn Sie den Zeitbereich der Weckzeit einstellen möchten, nden Sie die entsprechenden Details im Abschnitt Einstellung der Schlafzeit.
Der Aktivitäts-Tracker kann die Vibrationen während Ihres Schlafs erfassen und den Schlafstatus zur Analyse an die Anwendung übertragen. Die Anwendung kann Ihren Schlafstatus

START
Vor dem Schlafen:
Wenn Sie bereit für die Schlafphase sind, halten Sie die Bedientaste gedrückt, bis die LED-Anzeige 3 Sekunden lang violett leuchtet. Die Smart Core-Einheit beginnt sodann mit
der Aufzeichnung Ihres Schlafstatus. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schlafmodus richtig funktioniert, drücken Sie die Bedientaste; die violette Anzeige blinkt 1x.
HINWEIS
Die Bluetooth-Verbindung wird bei Aktivierung des Schlafmodus automatisch unterbrochen.
Nach dem Schlafen:
Halten Sie die Bedientaste erneut gedrückt, bis die LED-Anzeige 3x violett blinkt.
HINWEIS
Um die Bluetooth-Verbindung erneut zu aktivieren, halten Sie die Bedientaste 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um die Verbindung manuell herzustellen.
WICHTIG
Die Smart Core-Einheit beendet den Schlafkontrollmodus automatisch nach 12 Stunden, nachdem Sie die Bedientaste zum Start des Modus gedrückt haben;
anschließend wechselt sie zum Aktivitätsmodus.
