2. Druk om tussen 3 weergaven te kiezen.

Om stappen-, afstand- en caloriedoel in te stellen:

1. Een onregelmatig loopritme, zoals lopen in een

drukke omgeving of een oneffen oppervlak.

2. Frequente bewegingen omhoog en omlaag, zoals

opstaan en/of gaan zitten, rennen, springen, of een

trap of steile helling op of af gaan.

NUTTIGE TIPS

Wanneer u instellingen verandert, kunt u:

• / Ingedrukt houden om sneller opties te kiezen.

• SET indrukken om de instelling te bevestigen of over te

slaan en verder te gaan met de volgende instelling.

NB Tijdens het instellen, zal het apparaat een piep geven

en terugkeren naar de vorige modus als gedurende 30

seconden geen knop wordt ingedrukt.

Druk op MODE om te schakelen tussen de 6

gebruiksmodi:

• Dagelijks

• Doel

• Timer

• 7-dags Geheugen

• Gebruikersproel

• Klok
