Sauvegarde du téléphone

Si vous venez de vous procurer un nouveau téléphone OPPO, vous pouvez

transférer vos données de votre ancien à votre nouvel appareil facilement grâce

à une simple sauvegarde. Nous vous recommandons d’ailleurs de sauvegarder

votre appareil régulièrement pour éviter toute perte de données. Vous pourrez

le faire de deux façons :

Utiliser le Cloud HeyTap

Allez dans "Paramètres" > "Cloud HeyTap" > Entrez

votre ID HeyTap et votre mot de passe.

Si vous n’avez pas encore d’ID HeyTap, appuyez sur

"S’enregistrer" en bas à droite pour créer un compte

avec votre adresse e-mail ou numéro de téléphone.

Une fois connecté avec votre ID HeyTap, allez dans

"Cloud HeyTap" > "Sauvegarde sur le Cloud" >

"Sauvegarde manuelle" afin de transférer vos données

et fichiers vers le Cloud, dont :

⚫ Journal des appels ;

⚫ SMS ;

⚫ Paramètres.
