  • I’ve had my Onson J10C for awhile now with out any problems. But now it just continues to blink red on charger. I have cleaned all the contacts on vacuum and charging station but continues to blink red.

  • I was given my onson j10c robot vacuum stating she couldn't get it to charge. How do I know if it's charging?? How do I know if it's fully charged?? I get blinking red light. I had it on the charger overnight with blinking red light and then it wouldn't turn on Submitted on 10-5-2022 at 18:55
