Vermindert de kwaliteit van Telefonie als ik tijdens het bellen ook aan hetdownloaden ben?
De kwaliteit van Telefonie vermindert normaal gesproken niet. Gebruikt u peer-to-peer
toepassingen (zoals Bittorrent, Emule, Limewire, etc.) en u merkt dat u last heeft
van slechte gesprekskwaliteit, verbrekende telefoongesprekken of een dode lijn?
Dan adviseren we u om deze programma’s uit te zetten en het modem te herstarten.
Kan ik altijd 112 bellen?
U kunt 112 bellen wanneer uw modem aanstaat en verbonden is met het internet. Letop:
wanneer u vanwege een storing, betalingsachterstand of misbruik geen verbinding heeft
met het internet, dan kunt u ook geen gebruik maken van Telefonie van
Online.nl. U kunt
dan niet bellen naar 112. Wij raden u aan in dat geval gebruik
te maken van een mobiele telefoon of een andere telefoonverbinding.

Op www.online.nl/klantenservice kunt u alle informatie over het modem terugvinden.
Zoek hiervoor op de naam van uw modem (bijvoorbeeld Speedtouch, Livebox, ZyXEL,
deHG655d of de Thomson).
