De OMRON 705IT is een compacte, volautomatische
bloeddrukmeter, waarmee u uw bloeddruk en hartslag
snel en eenvoudig kunt meten. Deze oscillometrische
monitor gebruikt de geavanceerde
“Intellisense” technologie. Door de met
”Fuzzy logic” geregelde oppomp-fase is voorinstelling
of opnieuw oppompen is niet nodig. OMRON is
wereldwijd de toonaangevende fabrikant van digitale
bloeddrukmeters, die zich ten doel heeft gesteld om
te voldoen aan de behoefte om regelmatig
betrouwbaar de bloeddruk te meten.

bloeddrukmeter:
de voordelen
• Belangrijk: Bloeddrukmeting met een
oscillometrische bloeddrukmeter als de OMRON
705IT is niet geschikt voor personen met ernstige
arteriosclerose (verharding van de slagaders).
• De aanduiding van de hartslag op de display is niet
bedoeld voor het controleren van de frequentie van
pacemakers.
• Als u lijdt aan verstoringen van het hartritme (ook
bekend als aritmie) moet u deze bloeddrukmeter
alleen gebruiken in overleg met uw arts. In
bepaalde gevallen het meten met een
oscillometrische bloeddrukmeter dan onjuiste
resultaten opleveren.
• Aan gezien de bloeddruk bij zwangere vrouwen
door de zwangerschap kan veranderen, dienen zij
alleen in overleg met de arts de bloeddruk te
meten.
• Eet en drink (alcohol), rook of sport niet voor het
meten van de bloeddruk: deze activiteiten
beïnvloeden de bloeddruk.
• Zorg ervoor dat u ontspannen zit voordat u gaat
meten. Voer de meting rustig uit, zonder u te haas-
ten. Het is aan te bevelen om minstens twee maal
per dag te meten, ‘s ochtends na het opstaan en
‘s avonds na uw dagelijke bezigheden.
• Beweeg uw arm niet tijdens het meten en spreek
niet.
• Ondersteun uw arm en houd hem stil, zodanig, dat
de manchet op gelijke hoogte is met uw hart.
• Bedenk dat zelf uw bloeddruk meten niet
hetzelfde is als uzelf behandelen. Verander
nooit zonder overleg met uw arts de
voorgeschreven dosering van uw medicijnen.
