Heetlamineren
1. Steek de netstekker in een goed bereikbaar stopcontact.
Let op: Controleer of de gespecificeerde spanning van het apparaat
overeenkomt met de spanning van het net
(220-240 V / 50 Hz).
2. Schakel de netschakelaar op de achterkant van het apparaat in.
3. Druk op de aan-uittoets op het bedieningspaneel, om het apparaat in te
schakelen. De aandrijfmotor voor de transportwalsen loopt aan.
4. Selecteer de foliedikte. Druk eventueel meermaals op de insteltoets
voor heet-/koudlamineren en foliedikte, tot op het bedieningspaneel de
led van de betreffende foliedikte brandt. Tijdens de opwarmfase
(ong. 4-10 min) knippert de ledstrip rood. Hij kleurt blauw en brandt
continu, zodra de juiste temperatuur is bereikt en het apparaat
gebruiksklaar is.
Let op: Als u kort ervoor grotere foliediktes met hogere
temperaturen hebt gelamineerd, moet u het
lamineerapparaat eerst laten afkoelen. De afkoeltijd
bedraagt tot 30 minuten. Tijdens de afkoelfase knippert de
ledstrip rood.
5. Leg het te lamineren document zo tussen de lamineerfolie, dat aan elke
kant ongeveer 3-5 mm folie uitsteekt.
Let op: Gebruik uitsluitend folie voor heetlamineren!
Let op: Neem de gespecificeerde foliediktes in acht (zie ‘Technische
gegevens’)!
6. Voer de lamineerfolie met het te lamineren document in de
lamineerinvoer van het apparaat. De gesloten kant van de folie moet het
eerst in het apparaat worden ingevoerd. De folie wordt samen met de
inhoud automatisch in het apparaat getrokken en aaneengehecht.
Opm.: Om te voorkomen dat de lamineerfolie plooien vormt, mag
de open kant van de lamineerfolie nooit eerst in de
lamineerinvoer worden ingevoerd.
Let op: Net na het lamineren is de folie heel warm en zacht. Ga
daarom voorzichtig om met het gelamineerde document.
Opm.: Om het gelamineerde document vlak te maken, kunt u het
met een boek of een ander zwaar, vlak voorwerp platpersen.
Opm.: Als het apparaat 30 minuten niet wordt gebruikt, schakelt het
automatisch uit. Druk op de aan-uittoets op het
bedieningspaneel, om het apparaat weer in te schakelen.
