Wenn der Player nicht richtig funktioniert, ist diese Anleitung zur Störungssuche zu verwenden.

Q: Der Player funktioniert nicht

A: 1. Die Spannung des Akkus kontrollieren.

2. Kontrollieren, dass die Power-Taste eingeschaltet ist.

3. Kontrollieren, ob die Lautstärke auf "0" steht und die Kopfhörer richtig angeschlossen sind.

4. Beschädigte Musikdaten verursachen ein gewisses Rauschen. Darauf achten, dass im Player Daten vorhanden sind.

5. Beim Formatieren der Festplatte das richtige, abgestimmte FAT-Dateisystem verwenden.

Q: Der Player kann keine Dateien hoch-/herunterladen. Am Computer wird kein Datenträgersymbol angezeigt.

A: Kontrollieren, dass das USB-Kabel richtig angeschlossen ist.

Unter Windows 98 das CD-Laufwerk ordnungsgemäß neu installieren.

Q: Der Player nimmt nicht auf.

A: Kontrollieren, ob ausreichend Speicherplatz vorhanden ist. Die Akkuspannung kontrollieren.
