10. Garantía
GARANTÍA
LA SIGUIENTE GARANTÍA ES UNA GARANTÍA VOLUNTARIA LIMITADA DE DOS AÑOS OFRECIDA POR FALLBROOK TECHNOLOGIES INC.
(“FALLBROOK”). SE OFRECE A TODOS LOS COMPRADORES DE NUVINCI OPTIMIZED, N330, N330f, N360, N380, N380SE, C3, C8, C8S, H3,
H8, NFINITY 330, NFINITY 330f, NFINITY 380, NFINITY N380SE, HARMONY 330, HARMONY 380, HARMONY 380SE, HARMONY H|SYNC,
NFINITY HI, HHI3, HHI8, HHISYNC (COMÚNMENTE, LOS “PRODUCTOS FALLBROOK”).
EN VIRTUD DE LAS LEYES DE CIERTOS PAÍSES (COMO ALEMANIA O LOS PAÍSES BAJOS), AL COMPRADOR LE ASISTEN DERECHOS LEGALES EN
LO QUE RESPECTA A PRODUCTOS DEFECTUOSOS O QUE NO SE CONFORMAN CON EL CONTRATO DE VENTA. ESTOS DERECHOS PERMITEN
AL COMPRADOR EXIGIR UNA REPARACIÓN O SUSTITUCIÓN DE DICHOS PRODUCTOS, SIN COSTE ALGUNO, O EN CIERTAS CONDICIONES, UN
DESCUENTO O REEMBOLSO POR PARTE DEL VENDEDOR. ESTA GARANTÍA VOLUNTARIA NO AFECTA A SUS DERECHOS LEGALES. SI USTED VIVE
EN UNO DE ESTOS PAÍSES, CUANDO ADQUIERA PRODUCTOS FALLBROOK, ADEMÁS DE SUS DERECHOS LEGALES, TAMBIÉN TENDRÁ DERECHO
A RECLAMACIONES EN BASE A LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE FALLBROOK QUE SE DESCRIBE A CONTINUACIÓN. ESTAS RECLAMACIONES
EXISTEN SIMULTÁNEAMENTE CON SUS DERECHOS LEGALES. EN CASO DE QUE SU PRODUCTO FALLBROOK ESTÉ DEFECTUOSO O NO
SE CONFORME CON EL CONTRATO DE VENTA, SIEMPRE QUE LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA SEA VIGENTE, PUEDE ELEGIR PRESENTAR UNA
RECLAMACIÓN EN VIRTUD DE LA LEY DE SU PAÍS O EN VIRTUD DE LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA DE FALLBROOK.
¿Qué cubre esta garantía?
Fallbrook Technologies Inc. (Fallbrook) avala
todas las productos Fallbrook que presenten
algún defecto de material o de fabricación.
Esta garantía solamente se otorga al
comprador original y no es transferible.
(Algunos países o estados no permiten la
restricción de la cobertura de la garantía
al comprador original, así que puede que
la restricción no se le aplique a usted). Si
usted ha adquirido su producto Fallbrook
como parte de otro producto, esta garantía
no reemplaza de ninguna forma ni supone
la extensión de garantía del fabricante
de ese producto. La otra garantía es la
responsabilidad exclusiva del fabricante de
ese producto.
¿Qué duración tiene esta garantía?
El periodo de garantía es de dos años a
partir de la fecha de la compra original.
¿Qué hará Fallbrook?
Fallbrook, a su entera discreción, reparará,
reemplazará o reembolsará el coste de la
unidad defectuosa.
¿Qué no cubre esta garantía?
Esta garantía no se aplica a las siguientes
circunstancias:
• El deterioro normal de los componentes
que puedan desgastarse, como por
ejemplo, las juntas y anillos de goma,
las ruedas direccionales del tensor de
cadena (en caso de que se aplique), los
mangos de goma de giro y los cables de
la palanca de cambio.
• El daño de piezas no manufacturadas
por Fallbrook o sus entidades vinculadas
(como las punteras y las cadenas).
• La mano de obra necesaria para
desmontar, reajustar y reensamblar el
producto en la bicicleta.
• Un producto utilizado en una instalación
que no sea en una bicicleta para un solo
ciclista. Los tándems no están cubiertos.
• Un producto que se haya instalado de
forma incorrecta o no se haya ajustado
de acuerdo con el manual técnico de
instalación de Nfinity 330, Nfinity 330f,
Nfinity 380, Nfinity 380SE, Harmony
330, Harmony 380, Harmony 380SE o
Harmony H|Sync, que se puede consultar
en http://www.nuvincicycling.com/en/
service/downloads.html
• Un producto que se haya desmontado
más allá del alcance de la documentación
(los manuales técnicos de uso de la CVP
NuVinci Optimized con el sistema de
cambios Harmony o Nfinity).
