RACLETTE TIPS
Mit verschiedenen Zutaten wie Ananasstücken, Knoblauchscheiben, Rohschinken,
Speck, Peperoni, Tomatenstreifen, Zucchetti, etc. lassen sich besonders
schmackhafte Kreationen zubereiten. Salatbeilagen, Kartoffeln und frisches Brot
machen aus jedem Raclette-Essen einen Gaumenschmaus. Achtung! Um
unangenehme Gerüche zu verhindern, verwenden Sie Gewürze erst auf dem
geschmolzenen Käse.
Als Getränke empfehlen wir Ihnen Weisswein, Rosé oder Tee.
Rezept Raclette Quattro Formaggi
Sie benötigen für 4 Personen:
200 g Gorgonzola, 200 g Mozzarella, 200 g Emmentaler,
200 g Bel Paese, 2 Bund Frühlingszwiebeln, 400 g Broccoli, 4 Tomaten,
100 g Parmaschinken, 100 g Salami, 200 g Scampi
zudem:
1 Glas Artischockenherzen, 1 Glas Maiskölbchen, 1 Tasse Peperoni und
geröstetes Weissbrot
Zubereitung:
1. Den Käse in Scheiben schneiden.
2. Die Frühlingszwiebeln putzen, in mundgerechte Portionen schneiden, den
Broccoli in Röschen teilen, beides in Salzwasser 10 Minuten köcheln und
warm stellen.
3. Die Tomaten halbieren und auf dem Grill braten.
4. Den Schinken und die Salami in hauchdünne Scheiben schneiden und
anrichten.
5. Die gekochten oder gebratenen Scampi in Glasschalen anrichten.
6. Alle Zutaten mit den Artischockenherzen, den Maiskölbchen, den Peperoni,
dem Paprika-Gemüse-Salat und dem gerösteten Weissbrot auf den Tisch
stellen.
7. Je nach Geschmack eine der Käsesorten im Raclettegrill schmelzen lassen
und über die verschiedenen Zutaten geben.
