INBETRIEBNAHME UND BEDIENUNG

Funktionswähler (g)

Mit diesem Gerät können Sie Folie zusammenschweissen und gleichzeitig

durchtrennen oder einfach zusammenschweissen, um Plastikbeutel so zu

versiegeln. Schieben Sie den Funktionswähler vor Gebrauch auf die gewünschte

Funktion.

(✂) Funktion 'Durchtrennen', um die Plastikfolie zusammenzuschweissen und

gleichzeitig zu durchtrennen.

(0) Funktion 'Versiegeln', um die Plastikfolie doppelt

zusammenzuschweissen, ohne sie zu durchtrennen.

Temperaturwähler (f)

Dieses Folienschweissgerät verfügt über drei Temperaturstufen, so dass die

Heizleistung der Stärke der Plastikfolie angepasst werden kann.

L tiefe Temperatur, für dünne Plastikfolien

M mittlere Temperatur, für mittlere Plastikfolien, wie die Mitgelieferte

H hohe Temperatur, für dickere Plastikfolien

Einlegen der Polyethylen-Rolle (b)

■

Entfernen Sie den Aufkleber von der Plastikrolle.

■

Öffnen Sie das Gerät und legen Sie die Plastikrolle in die vorgesehene

Öffnung.

■

Plastikbeutel herstellen

■

Stellen Sie den Funktionswähler (g) auf die Funktion (✂) Durchtrennen'

und ziehen Sie die Plastikfolie über die Schweissdrähte (d).

■

Senken Sie den Gerätedeckel (a) sanft und drücken Sie ihn ganz hinunter,

um den Schweissmechanismus zu aktivieren. Die grüne Kontrolllampe

(Verschweissen) (e) und die rote Kontrolllampe (Vakuum) leuchten auf und

zeigen den Schweissvorgang an.

Heben Sie nun den Deckel an und entfernen Sie die überstehende Folie.
