Take the straps behind
you, going over baby’s
legs.
Cross the straps under
baby’s bottom.
Carefully stand
straight whilst you pull
the straps downwards.
Baby should be tight
against your body and
high up.
Take a shoulder strap
in each hand and bring
them over your
shoulders.
Once baby is secured,
proceed to the Safety
& Comfort Checks on
page 2.
You may want to
carefully undo the
waist straps and re-tie
them tighter.
Bring the straps to
your front and tie in a
double knot.
Leaning forward
slightly, continue to
shift your baby and
the carrier around to
the centre of your
back.
Start shifting your
baby and the carrier
from your front, to
your hip.
Hold both shoulder
straps in one hand.
Support your baby
with the other hand.
Supporting baby with
one arm, lift the body
panel up through
baby’s legs with your
other hand. The panel
should come up to
baby’s neck. Continue
to hold baby.
Hold baby on the
waistband of the
carrier. Baby’s legs
should be in a seated
position.
With the carrier
upside down and
inside out, tie the
waist straps in a
double knot. Do not
tighten completely.
You will start with
baby on your front.
