Super gamberetti
Ingredienti:
500 g di gamberoni crudi e pelati
80 ml di olio di oliva
60 ml di salsa di pomodoro
2 cucchiai di aceto di vino rosso
1 1/2 cucchiaino di basilico
1/2 cucchiaino di pepe di cayenna
3 spicchi d‘aglio tritati
Istruzioni:
1. Unire tutti gli ingredienti, tranne i gamberetti, in una ciotola grande
2. Marinare i gamberetti in salsa per almeno 30 minuti
3. Grigliare su pietra di sale calda per 90 secondi per lato
Capesante alla francese
Ingredienti:
500 g di capesante
250 ml di condimento olio e aceto
1 cucchiaio di salsa Worchester
1 cucchiaino di miele
2 cucchiai di crema
Istruzioni:
1. Sciacquare le capesante sotto l‘acqua fredda e asciugare accuratamente tamponando con un
asciugamano
2. Unire tutti gli ingredienti tranne le capesante
3. Marinare le capesante in salsa per almeno 15 minuti
4. Grigliare su pietra di sale calda per 90 secondi per lato
