Costolette d’agnello con erbe aromatiche
Ingredienti:
4 costolette d’agnello
1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo
1 cucchiaino di basilico
1 cucchiaino di rosmarino
2 spicchi d’aglio schiacciati
1 cucchiaino di timo
1 cucchiaino di origano
6 semi di coriandolo schiacciati
1/2 cucchiaio di dragoncello
1 foglia di alloro schiacciata
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone
Istruzioni:
1. Unire tutti gli ingredienti tranne l‘agnello
2. Ricoprire entrambi i lati dell’agnello con la salsa
3. Marinare in frigo per almeno 2 ore
4. Grigliare su pietra di sale calda no al grado di cottura desiderato
Pollo al curry
Ingredienti:
250 g di fette di petto di pollo
2 cucchiai di olio vegetale
2 cucchiai di yogurt bianco
2 cucchiaini di polvere di curry
1 cucchiaino di cumino
Istruzioni:
1. Unire lo yogurt, il curry e il cumino in una ciotola
2. Marinare il pollo nella salsa per almeno 30 minuti
3. Rimuovere il pollo e spennellarlo leggermente con l’olio
4. Grigliare su pietra di sale calda no a cottura ultimata
