4. Informatie over de batterij
De hoofdtelefoon wordt aangestuurd door een oplaadbare batterij. Behandel de
batterij met zorg en volg de onderstaande richtlijnen.
■ Opladen en ontladen
De batterij kan honderden keren worden opgeladen en ontladen, maar na verloop van tijd
treedt slijtage op. Wanneer de gebruiksduur (stand-by- en gesprekstijd) aanzienlijk korter is
dan normaal, neemt u contact op met een erkend servicebedrijf bij u in de buurt.
Gebruik alleen batterijen die zijn goedgekeurd door de fabrikant en laad de batterijen alleen
op met de laders die zijn goedgekeurd door de fabrikant. Haal de lader uit het stopcontact
wanneer deze niet wordt gebruikt. Laat de batterij nooit langer dan een week in een lader
zitten omdat de gebruiksduur van de batterij kan afnemen wanneer deze wordt overladen.
Als een volledig opgeladen batterij niet wordt gebruikt, wordt deze na verloop van tijd
automatisch ontladen.
Extreme temperaturen kunnen van invloed zijn op de oplaadcapaciteit van de batterij.
Gebruik de batterij alleen voor het doel waarvoor deze bestemd is.
Gebruik nooit een beschadigde oplader of batterij.
Zorg dat er geen kortsluiting optreedt in de batterij. Kortsluiting kan per abuis optreden
wanneer een metalen voorwerp (een munt, paperclip of pen) een directe verbinding tussen
de twee polen (metalen strips, + en -) van de batterij maakt. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gebeuren
als u een reservebatterij in uw zak of portemonnee hebt. Kortsluiting kan de batterij, of het
voorwerp dat de verbinding tussen de twee polen maakt, beschadigen.
