LET OP!
Op de machine zijn enkele plaatjes aangebracht met de volgende woorden:

ADVIES –
Bij het lezen van deze handleiding moet de bediener de betekenis van de symbolen op deze plaatjes goed kennen.
Dek de plaatjes niet af en vervang ze onmiddellijk als ze beschadigd zijn.
CONTROLE / VOORBEREIDINGEN VOOR ACCU’S OP EEN NIEUWE MACHINE
LET OP!
De elektrische onderdelen van deze machine kunnen ernstig beschadigd raken als de accu’s niet op de
juiste manier worden gemonteerd en aangesloten. De accu’s mogen alleen door bevoegd personeel worden
gemonteerd. Stel op basis van het gemonteerde type accu (WET of GEL/AGM) de elektronische installatie voor
de functies in.
Controleer voordat u de accu’s monteert of ze niet beschadigd zijn.
Ontkoppel de stekker van de accu’s en de acculader.
Wees altijd bijzonder voorzichtig met de accu’s.
Bevestig de beschermkapjes van de accupolen die bij de machine worden geleverd.
De machine heeft 4 accu’s van 6 V nodig, die volgens het schema (38) zijn aangesloten.
De machine kan op een van de volgende manieren worden geleverd:
Met accu’s (WET of GEL/AGM) op de machine gemonteerd, klaar voor gebruik
Open de afdekking (20) en controleer of de vuilwatertank (19) leeg is. Leeg deze anders met de afvoerslang (24).1.
Sluit de afdekking (20).2.
Zet de tankeenheid (44) voorzichtig omhoog.3.
Controleer of de accu’s via de stekker (9) op de machine zijn aangesloten.4.
Zet de tankeenheid (44) voorzichtig omlaag.5.
Steek de contactsleutel (58) in het contact en draai deze in stand ‘I’. Als het groene lampje voor de indicator voor de 6.
acculading (62) gaat branden, zijn de accu’s klaar voor gebruik. Als het gele of het rode lampje gaat branden, moeten de
accu’s worden opgeladen (zie de procedure in het hoofdstuk Onderhoud).
Zonder accu’s
Schaf de juiste accu’s aan (Zie het onderdeel Technische eigenschappen).1.
Raadpleeg voor de keuze en montage een gekwalifi ceerde leverancier.
Stel de machine in op basis van het type gemonteerde accu (WET of GEL/AGM) (zie het volgende deel).2.
Monteer de accu’s (zie het volgende deel).3.
Laad de accu’s op.4.
DE ACCU’S MONTEREN EN HET TYPE ACCU INSTELLEN (WET OF GEL/AGM)
De accu’s monteren
Open de afdekking (20) en controleer of de vuilwatertank (19) leeg is. Leeg deze anders met de afvoerslang (24).1.
Sluit de afdekking (20).2.
Zet de tankeenheid (44) voorzichtig omhoog.3.
Monteer de accu’s en sluit ze aan volgens het juiste schema (38).4.
