WARTUNG
Diese Wartungsarbeiten müssen jede Woche durchgeführt werden:
WARNUNG: Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von
befugtem Personal ausgeführt werden. Leeren Sie
immer den Laugen- und den Schmutzwassertank,
bevor Sie irgendwelche Wartungsarbeiten ausführen.
Sorgen Sie dafür, daß alle Befestigungselemente
befestigt sind.
WARNUNG: Tragen Sie immer Augenschutz und
Schutzkleidung, wenn Sie in der Nähe
von Batterien arbeiten. Legen Sie keine
Werkzeuge oder andere Metallgegenstände
über die Batteriepole oder die Oberseite
der Batterien.
VORSICHT: Füllen Sie die Batterien nicht oberhalb der
Unterseite des Rohres in jeder Zelle, damit
Schäden an der Maschine und Auslaufen
über die Oberseite der Batterien verhindert
werden. Wischen Sie jegliche Säure von
der Maschine oder den Oberseiten der
Batterien ab. Füllen Sie nach dem Einbau
keine Säure in die Batterie.
MERKE: Stellen Sie den Schlüsselschalter immer aus, bevor Sie die Maschine
warten.
WARNUNG: Tragen Sie immer Augenschutz und
Schutzkleidung, wenn Sie in der Nähe
der Batterien arbeiten. RAUCHEN VERBOTEN.
1. Zur Kontrolle der Akkus den Sammeltank in die vollständig geöffnete Stel-
lung bringen. Siehe Abbildung 24. Zum Schließen den Tank langsam in die
geschlossene Stellung absenken.
VORSICHT: Entleeren Sie den Schmutzwassertank,
bevor Sie ihn aufklappen.
WARNUNG: Die Maschine nicht benutzen, wenn der
Tank in der geöffneten Stellung ist. Der
Tank könnte durch einen
unbeabsichtigten Stoß zuschlagen.
2. Trennen Sie die Batterien. Verwenden Sie ein Tuch und eine Ammoniak-
oder Natriumbikarbonatlösung zum Abwischen der Oberseite der Batterien.
Reinigen Sie die Pole der Batterien. Schließen Sie die Batterien wieder
an.
3. Überprüfen Sie die Schläuche auf Lecks, Verstopfungen und andere
Schäden.
