TRANSPORT DER MASCHINE
Maschine auf einen Lkw verladen
WARNUNG: Die Maschine ist schwer. Zwei Personen werden
benötigt, um die Maschine die Rampe hochfahren zu lassen.
1. Die Laderampe muss mindestens 2,4 m lang sein und die Maschine tragen können.
2. Die Rampe muss sauber und trocken sein.
3. Rampe in Position bringen.
4. Wischgummi entfernen.
5. Beim Transport der Scheibenreinigungs-Maschine Bürstengehäuse, Pad-Antrieb bzw. Bürsten entfernen.
6. Ein/Aus-Schalter in die “EIN”-Stellung bringen.
7. Maschine auf einer 3,1 m langen Fläche vor der Rampe ausrichten.
8. Geschwindigkeitsschalter in die Position “HI” stellen.
9. Einen oder beide Vorwärtsschalter drücken.
10. Maschine bis oben auf die Rampe drücken.
11. Ein/Aus-Schalter auf “OFF” stellen.
12. Maschine am Fahrzeug befestigen.
Maschine aus einem Lieferwagen oder Lkw ausladen
1. Sicherstellen, dass keine Hindernisse im Weg sind.
2. Die Ausladerampe muss mindestens 2,4 m lang sein und die Maschine tragen können.
3. Die Rampe muss sauber und trocken sein.
4. Rampe in Position bringen.
5. Maschine vom Fahrzeug lösen.
WARNUNG: Die Maschine ist schwer. Zwei Personen
werden benötigt, um die Maschine die
Rampe hinabfahren zu lassen.
6. Ein/Aus-Schalter in die “EIN”-Stellung bringen.
7. Die Maschine langsam und vorsichtig zum Rand der Rampe fahren, indem der Vorwärts- oder für Rückwärtsfahrt gedrückt und
gehalten wird.
8. Geschwindigkeitsschalter auf mittlere Geschwindigkeit einstellen. Während die Maschine die Rampe hinunterfährt, Fahrt durch
Drücken des Schalters für Vorwärts- bzw. Rückwärtsfahrt langsam halten.
9. Die Wischleiste und anderen entfernten Bauteile wieder anbringen, nachdem die Maschine ausgeladen und ihre Einsatzbere-
itschaft hergestellt wurde.
