1. FUNKTIONSWEISE UND ANWENDUNG

2 Einstellen der Ausschaltverzögerungszeit
Zeitdauer einstellbar mit Schraubendreher:
Nach links drehen: min. Zeit 15s
Nach rechts drehen: max. Zeit 20min.
3 Dimmfunktion
WahlschalterfürdieDimmfunktionen'soft-start'und'Abschaltwarnung'odernormaleSchaltfunktion.
Soft-start:DasLichtwirdinnerhalbvon±2saufdiemaximaleHelligkeitgedimmt
Soft-Ausdimmen:
DasLichtwirdnachdervorabeingestelltenZeit(<50s)innerhalbvon5sruntergedimmtundausgeschaltet.
WirdnachdervorabeingestelltenZeit>50skeineBewegungmehrregistriert,dannwirddasLichtinnerhalb
von 20s bis auf 70% gedimmt. Wird innerhalb dieser 20s keine Bewegung mehr wahrgenommen, so
wird das Licht in 5s runtergedimmt und ausgeschaltet. Wird jedoch innerhalb dieser 20s wieder eine Bewegung
registriert, dann wird das Licht wieder auf 100% hochgefahren und die eingestellte Zeit beginnt wieder von
vorn.
Warnhinweise beim Einsatz
•FallsdasLichtwährendderInstallationkurzzeitigblinkt,soistdasGerätnichtdefekt,sonderndieeingebaute
Regelung versucht die Netzstörungen zu kompensieren.
• DieInstallationwirdbeimAbschaltennichtspannungslosgeschaltet(keineSpannungsunterbrechung)!
DasFreischaltendesStromkreises,umz.B.eineLampezuwechseln,darfausschließlichdurchdenHauptschalter
oder den entsprechenden Sicherungsautomaten geschehen.
•DieKühlungistfürdieBetriebssicherheitnotwendig.
•InstallationinMehrfachkombinationennichtmöglich.

(Anwendungsproblem,festgestellterFehler,usw.)anIhrenMoeller-oderNiko-EGHzurückbringen.
4. GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN
- Garantiezeitraum:ZweiJahreabLieferdatum.AlsLieferdatumgiltdasRechnungsdatumzudemderEndkunde
das Produkt gekauft hat. Falls keine Rechnung mehr vorhanden ist, gilt das Produktionsdatum.
- Der Endkunde ist verpflichtet, Niko über den festgestellten Mangel innerhalb von zwei Monaten zu informieren.
- Im Falle eines Mangels an dem Produkt hat der Endkunde das Recht auf eine kostenlose Reparatur oder Ersatz.
Dies wird von Niko entschieden.

1. OPERATION AND USE
The flush mounting motion detector is an electronic motion detector that switches on the light whenever changes
occur in the heat being radiated in its detection area.

Turning to the right side: dark

Useascrewdrivertosetthetimedelay:
Turning to the left side: min. time 15s
Turning to the right side: max. time 20min.
3 Dimming function
Selector switch for soft-start dimming function and switch-off warning or normal switching.
Soft-start:thelightisdimmedtofullintensityin±2s
Soft-off:
thelightisdimmedandswitchedoffwithin5safterapresettime(<50s)haselapsed.
Ifafterasettimeof>50snomotionhasbeendetected,thelightisdimmedto70%for20s.Ifwithinthese20s
no further motion is detected, the light is dimmed and switched off within 5s. If, however, motion is again detected
within these 20s, the light is again dimmed to 100% and the set time starts to run again.
Usage warnings
•Briefflashingofthelightingduringinstallationdoesnotindicateafaultydevice,butmeansthatthebuilt-in
controlunitistryingtocompensateformainsdisturbances.
•Nottobeusedtodeenergizetheinstallation(byopeningthecircuit)!
Deenergizingthecircuittoreplacedefectivelampsisonlypossiblebyremovingthefuseinthemotiondetector
orbyswitchingofftheseries-connectedmainsswitchortheautomaticfuse.
•Coolingisnecessaryforareliableandsafeuse.
•Mountinginmultiplecombinationsnotpossible.

4. GUARANTEE PROVISIONS
-Periodofguarantee:2yearsfromdateofdelivery.Thedeliverydateistheinvoicedateofpurchaseofthe
productbytheconsumer.Ifthereisnoinvoice,thedateofproductionapplies.
- The consumer is obliged to inform Niko in writing about the defect, within two months after stating the
defect.
-Incaseofafailuretoconform,theconsumerhastherighttoarepairorreplacement(decidedbyNiko)freeof
charge.
- Niko cannot be held liable for a defect or damage as a result of an incorrect installation, improper or careless
use or wrong usage or transformation of the goods.
-Thecompulsoryregulationsofthenationallegislationconcerningthesalesofconsumergoodsandtheprotection
oftheconsumersinthecountrieswhereNikosells,directlyorviasisterordaughtercompanies,chainstores,
distributors,agentsorpermanentsalesrepresentatives,takepriorityovertherulesandregulationsmentioned
above.
